Reservations and Information
School Reservation: A $100 deposit is required to reserve your space for the lecture and hands-on driving class. The balance is due 7 days prior to start of class. Walk-ins are accepted if the class is not filled, but plan on arriving at least half an hour early and there is no guarantee of joining the class if it is full. We recommend that you call ahead to see if space is available.
Cancellations if less then 7 days to scheduled departure date are subject to a $100.00 charge.
Adventure Reservations: A $100 deposit is required to reserve your place on a Western Adventure, on a first come first served basis. Western Adventure's must be paid in full 14 days prior to departure date. Cancellations if made 14 days prior to scheduled departure date are subject to a $50.00 charge. Cancellations if less then 14 days to 7 days prior to scheduled departure date are subject to a $100.00 charge. Cancellations if less then 7 days are subject to a $200.oo cancellation charge and balance is only transferable to another adventure in the 12 months from cancellation date.
When we receive your deposit, you will be sent a detailed description of the trip. Look at the full description of the trip from the links on our 4X4 Adventures page, this will list the additional outfitting gear and items you should have for the adventure. If you do not have all of the items we can provide them. We will use the itinerary as a guideline, but if unforeseen difficulties arise, (such as an Act of Nature), the itinerary is subject to modification as needed. We are flexible to the groups wishes and are able to make adjustments as we go along.
You are Required to have a street legal, insured 4-wheel drive vehicle, plus any additional equipment listed in the detailed adventure description, which will be sent following receipt of your deposit.
Some trips involve camping and it's related camping gear plus you must provide your own food and water. All trips require: Water, food, C.B. radio, spare tire, tire jack and spare parts.
Permits, and camping fees are included. Not included are fuel, oils and repairs, (we will never leave anyone behind).
All persons and vehicles reserving space on a trip are subject to screening and Western Adventures reserves the right to reject any participant or cancel any reservation. We cannot accept drivers under the age of 18 years. Minors are welcome as riders and guests.
Group Size: All of our adventures are limited to an enjoyable size (5 to 15 vehicles) depending on the adventure.

Equipment for adventures;
This list is standard on most adventures, though some have special
requirements. For each adventure we will send you a specific list of equipment
for that adventure. Tow hook on front and rear of vehicle, C.B. Radio, Spare
tire (full size recommended), Spare fluids (Oil, Transmission fluid), Tire air
pump or can of flat fix, Jack, Basic hand tools ( wrench set, socket set,
screw drivers, pliers and adjustable wrench ), Tire Lug wrench. Some
adventures require camping equipment and related supplies. We carry rental
camping equipment.
